Dr. Noura Fadel DDS FAGD
Dr. Noura is an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda Universityand has over 10 years of clinical experience. She is a fellowand an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Her mission is to expand her knowledge to provide the most advanced technologies and services to her patients. She is always keen on providing the best care catered to each of her patients’ needs, and the comfort of her patients is her first priority.
Right after graduation and completion of a post-doctoral residency program atAin Shams University in Cairo,Egypt in 2005, Dr. Noura pursuitadditionaltraining at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistryin Rochester, New York. She received extensive training in the following:

Dr. Atalla is working on hisMaster of Science from the prestigious Goethe Frankfurt University, Germany, and received his credentials in implantology from:

In his free time, Dr. Atalla enjoys water sports, music, and spending time with his two adorable kids; Kayla and Mason.
Meagan Miller, DDS
Originally from Texas, Dr. Miller moved to Southern California for college and graduate school, graduating from Loma Linda University Dental School in 2015. She completed the Boyne and Geistlich research fellowship in regenerative medicine focusing on soft and hard tissue growth. Dr. Miller has been formally trained in London on the use of resorbable fillers on improving nonsurgical facial esthetics. She graduated from the Loma Linda Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) certificate program in June 2022. She is already an active leader in the OMS community, serving as an inaugural Resident Ambassador for the American College of OMS. She is board eligible and is fast-tracked for board certification. Dr. Miller is passionate about helping her patients understand their ailments in order to better provide quality, evidence-based options and treatments.
